---"develop the City Center as cohesive mix of civic, compatible retail, and open space uses with an arts and entertainment focus."

WHAT THE DEVELOPER/CITY WILL GIVE YOU:

• Over 2 million square feet of commercial and retail development!
• Up to 40,000 more vehicle trips on Bollinger Canyon Rd. - double what now exists!
• A "City/Civic Center" with only 5% devoted to civic uses!
• 9 parking structures to accommodate approximately 7,500 vehicles!
• Buildings as high as 110 ft / 7 story within a few feet of the sidewalk!
• 487 housing units up to 8 stories high overshadowing the Iron Horse Trail!
• No parks or open space for over 40 acres of Project site!
• Commute traffic pushing more cars onto residential streets!
• Bollinger Canyon Rd. expands to 11 lanes!

Many concerned residents strongly feel the vital City/Civic Center should be approved by voters, and not left up to a wealthy developer and some city officials to decide what is best for San Ramon.
